I had registered a complaint with your Helpline on the 12th January and was given a complaint No. 4010574. The technician came, checked out the machine and has failed to follow up by fitting a new door. Till date I am waiting for the new door to be fitted on the Dryer. The nos. of the local Helpline service have not followed up with the calls made to them either. Please advice me on how to get proper service from your company. unfortunately I have also purchased a washing machine from your company and it has given me endless trouble. In spite of repeatedly telling your technician and showing them the oil stains on the clothes, they took over a year to diagnose the problem of a faulty oil seal. I have spoiled a number of clothes because of your poor quality technicians. i had given a complaint for the drum which is damaged and till date no one has come to replace it. Nor has anyone attended my complaint of the setting of the door of the washing machine.

Please advice as to my next course of action.
