I purchased IFB Microwave 20PM1S on date 2/06. It was not working when it reached home and i called for an IFB executive. An executive came and declared it as adead product and referred the case to some senior executive. The scenior executive came and did something and it stsrted working somehow. It worked for few days and again stoped working. I logged a compaint for the same at the IFB website. Following which a service person came and said itc PCB is not working. He assured for replacement of the same in few days as the oven is in guarantee period. He does not responded for long hence i again loged a conplain on IFB customer care number dated:30/09.(Complain no.5200041). No one came despite of repeded reminders by call on cutomer care. Again when i called on 18/02 they regestered another complaint and assured of servicing in 24 hours.(complain no. 5920085). But nothing was done. I a fedup of lodging complaint at IFB again and again and nothing is happening. Please help
