I purchased a panasonic lumix digital camera in sept and due to a defect in the lens of the camera (as told to me by the srevice centre in chennai) all my pictures are spoiled the come out in a different colour.
right from december i have been calling the customer care but to no use.
i made a trip to chennai as there is no service centre in ooty and gave the camera for repairs on the 28th of Jan. I have been making calls and enquiring but the only reply i get is that since the camera is foreign it will take time for the parts to come.
its gone way past the time period for repair and i have called the showroom up and asked for a replacement or refund but there has been no reply from their side.
