I have lodged a complaint no. 7570487 on November 6th for my Microwave oven (One of the lock got broken of the said Microwave) procured in May from Dawar International, Gurgaon. IFB technician visited my place only after making a call to Mr. Joshi, Service Incharge. To my dismay, the technician visited my place wasn't carrying the part which was broken and he assured me to fix it on next day. Nobody turned up next day. I again made a call to Mr. Joshi to elaborate the facts. On his instruction, technician visited again with the part but this time the part he was carrying could not be fixed since it wasn't meant for the model. I am astonished to see pathetic service, IFB is providing to its customer and not even bothered to make its technician accountable for time they wasting in resolving a simple complaint and fading company's image by doing such ordinary job. I would also bring to your kind notice that the technician have cut some part from the inside of the oven.
I have knocked every nook and corner to fix the microwave but unfortunately I did not find even a single person who can help in getting this problem resolved.
In my last complaint also, I made a note to the customer care executive that the technician was misguiding us that the PCB card of the oven is faulty whereas there was a wire which got loose due to that the current wasn't passing through the Microwave. This was only be done only my wife's insistence. I have also brought this in to the notice of IFB Service Incharge, Mr. Joshi. I don't think, any action yet has been taken against the technician in question.
In light of the above facts, I would request your kind intervention in the matter and resolved it URGENTLY.
