Irresponsibillity of engeniers

I am murtaza trunkwala from nasik. ph:-8055565252 i have puchaseed your ifb washing machine (sanetor) model machine no:- since one month the machine is not working we have complaint in ifb customer care.engenniers came and taken 2200/- from us .and since one month the engineer is not picking up the phone. if we call to customer care, they are taking us for granted. so what should we do now. the engineer kept open and left away.the engineer name is mr suraj his mobile no:- 9004365668
