Sctraches and damage on new product

I bought a IFb Senater 6 Kg Fully Auto washing machine from GREAT EASTERN TRADING Co.277/2/1 BT.road. vide M.R.No-16 Dt. 31st July.

But I regreat to say that after opening the package, we observed numbers of scratches, rubbed marked on the body and deposited (settled) dust in different corner of the machine.

These defects are not acceptable in newly owned machine.

I would therefore request you to send your representative for observation and to take necessary action.
