I have an IFB washing machine, Senator - 6kg. I entered into 1 year
AMC in November. In December a problem developed with
spinning.
I have registered complaint with IFB service center, Nellore, AP, over
phone immediately (December). But there was no response. Then on
19-Jan, I have registered complaint with IFB over tollfree and
the complaint registration number is 8107739 with customer ID 2948574.
Subsequently, in the month of March (after 4 months of problem),
service personnel have replaced the MCU. After that also, same problem
continues. Again the complaint is registered by me on 19-APR and
complaint number is 8681277. I was informed that person will come in
48 hours. There is no response. Again one more complaint is registered
on 16-May. Now the time given is 24 hours.
Now, I am put into confusion on the definition of hours at IFB.
Because 48 hours is not over at IFB from 19-APR to till date.
The mental stress caused by the indifferent attitude of Customer
service at IFB towards customers is more than the stress caused by the
non-working of the washing machine.
