We purchased a washing machine IFB SENATOR 6KG from NUTAN ELECTRONICS (DILSHAN GARDEN)(PH NO.9990047108/6/7) on 10th of january. when we started washing clothes in it we was surprised badly to see that 7 - 8 clothes were damaged badly.
we contacted IFB SERVICE CENTER for the problem they assured us that a technician would visit but no body has turned up to check the machine till date . we made lot of complaints in IFB service center and had complained to MS.JOHRA, MR.DEELIP, and ASST.MGR. MS.SHUBRA regarding this issue uncountable times but nobody came forward to solve this problem the COMPLAIN NO IS.4344449..
we contacted many times to the distributer also but nobody is helping us in this regard i am a working lady i have no time to go here -there for the same.i am really in a great tension because i had paid RS 26, 500 for this machine kindly solve this problem...
