My IFB Senator washing machine is not working for two months. These service people are very first when your AMC is due. Some Mr. Rajinder who came to our house for the AMC, whom i contacted first for the rectification of the machine. then he sent some one to check the machine but nothing was done. Afterwards i officially lodged the complian on 2nd November. My complain no. is 7542414. But after that no body has attented the machine. Two times i visited the local office at Okhla. But no results. Now i am cleaning my clothes of my own. I am a by pass surgey done heart patient. Whom shoula i go for complaint to the next step. I send a mail to the chairman of the company also.
