Logged a complaint regarding my machine making a little noise to IFB on 20th apr, they contacted me on 26th, person came and damaged my machine by banging its bearings with hammer, damaged the drum also, the machine was taken on 27th for service and they commited that it would be fixed by 29th and will be returned by 3PM on 29th. From then i am hearing stories from the sc manager as well as area manager and have not received the machine yet. Every day i get a confirmation that it will be delivered today, but of no use.
Don't know how to go about it, even the area manager is not bringing in result!!
