COMPLAINT NO. 3706372 dated 4.11.2009
The complaint was attended by the service engineer on 5.11.2009 and was referred for the mother board replacement and said that it would take nearly a week for the replacement as the board has to come from the head office. But it has been 5 weeks since then and there is no proper response even after plenty calls from our side. Each time a blame excuse is being given saying that the board hasnt arrived from the head office.
Me being a working woman find it extremely difficult and body tiring to wash the cloths in this monsoon season. And i also feel that the response is GENDER-BIASED. I greatly repent for having purchased your product. AND TO OUR NOTE THE WASHING MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY ONLY.
I NEED AN IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT ANY FURTHER STUPID EXCUSES.
