I have a washing machine of IFB make (Senorita plus) bought in 2001 and the machine is under AMC. The front rubber gasket was changed in November and after that clothes often goes inside the drum and the drum stops moving and gets stuck. I am finding it very difficult becaiuse of this. Yopur service personnel attends and removes the clothes and closes the complaint, but still the problem persists. As of now, on 10th Feb I had registered fore changing the gasket, but so far nobody called or responded.
