SERVICE NOT RECEIVED

I have purchase ELENA DX before six month [ december]. No service call in theses six months.

we have call on your toll free no as on 29.6.10 & 02.07.2010 for sevice.

They give assurance for call with in 24 hrs.

yet not received any call.

We both are working people, need service tomorrow positively due to saturday.
