I have purchase IFB washing machine model No. AW60-8062 on 14th October. After 2 or 3month my problem started. Whenever i rinse my clothes, there is lot of sound and i have reported this to customer care (4 times) and they have attended and nothing has been done. They only say that the problem will be solved after you start washing. The problem still exists even after 8 months. I request you to kindly make necessary rectifications at the earliest. Ladies are getting afraid for the huge sound and are not operating this machine. So please do the needful.
