Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is almost a month now, our washing machine is out of order, The technicians are unable to detect the fault. The Service Head is taking no interest.
On this July, we have gone for the yearly service contract with Company.
Let me know what I should do? To whom I should approach for my problem?
