Sir,
I am to inform you that before approx. 2 years, I purchased IFB washing machine. Since its purchase, the machine is running for approx. 3 hours though company is telling that full programme is for 90 minutes only. I complained for so many times that it takes more more than normal times and the cloths do not being washed properly. Technicians visited after so many phone calls and informed that you must keep pressure pump though water in every tape of my house comes with force. Even though I called plumber he showned me the water flow and also shown that water only doesn't come properly from machine holes, Again I called technician by booking my complaint through customer helpline. Technician came and intimated me that he will come to change some thing and if after than if problem will not be solved, he had to ask the problem to company. He left home by giving me promise to come after 4 days but even after 10 days he has not visited and today I called Miss Neha, I think Manager (local), she assured to send the man today but no one has came. Sir, I have serious problem with washing machine, I think company has taken more time so as to make me come out from warranty period also. Sir, if you can help, me out to solve the problem or to give me change of this defaulter piece, i would be highly thank full.
