IFB/ washing machine
SERICE NOT ATTENDED

I have complained on 15.12.10 (on toll free complaint number) about by recently purchased washing machine. I have been allotted the complaint no also. However inspite of repetitive reminders till date neither I have received any phone call nor any response. Every time I get an assurance that my complaint will be attended in next 24 hrs. But so sorry about such a reputed company (ONLY NAME's sake)

I will never recommend anyone to purchase washing machine of IFB looking into such a poor response. (PH : 09931714487)
