I have a SENORITA PLUS model which comes under AMC..the problem is for last couple of weeks machine started making noise while rinse and spinning to an unavoidable extent... after an irritating chain of phone calls to customer service numbers 2agents came and changed (as they said) so called MSCU... before i cud recheck the service they just went off in hurry... now machine is more noisy and too viberating to control its frame... again lot many calls have been wasted and no response... this is the last option i am trying to get my machine a 'genuine' service;finally i expect to be listened in CUSTOMER FORUM.
