Delay in attending to repairs

My IFB front loading washing machine is just about 4 years old. In the last 6 months, i have had 2 major problems. My customer ID is 465485.

Everytime we make a complaint, they say the parts are not available and take 10 - 15 days to repair the washing machine, that too after we call up and shout at them. They never call you to inform about the position.

I have an AMC, but still they take a minimum of 15 days to repair. Now i made a complaint on 2nd Feb and till today (7th Feb) nothing has happened and when i call up, the standard answer is that they have indented for the part and it has not come. If they don't stock the parts in a big city like Bangalore, you can imagine their service at smaller places.

Through this mail, i urge everyone thinking of buying IFB washing machine to think twice as their service is very poor.
