I have purchased Orion DS 931 from M/s. Poorvika Mobiles, Pondicherry, on December 22. 2009. On February 2, handset stopped functioning. I handed over the device to M/s. Excel Engineering, local service Franchisee. To till date, the handset was not repaired and no communication from the service outlet. The local service outlet doesn't have equipment to service the devices. I have also sent email to Orion mobiles. No response from their side.
I think I have made a bad decision in purchasing the orion mobile. Guys, I really advise u don't purchase these type of inferior products which doesn't work even for a month without back up support.
