Vibration with big noise and sounds, and now not working. mechanic visited but not attended the problem by saying that the drum broken and sr. mechanic will attend. the machine repair has not been properly attended and it could not be used from its purchase in january. I am undergoing mental agony because of it. Please replace the machine or attend the repair properly. my customer i.d. no is 2149694.
