Disgusting service and spare support

I had bought a shower enclosure (Model Angel) about a year and half back.

Some 6 months back the plastic base cracked. I got in touch with Parryware customer care center who advised me to contact the dealer (Hometown, Noida). The Parryware customer care sent someone guy who only lied and said that he is going to check if the base can be made available but never got back (this happened twice - since I logged a complaint again after some time). The excuse was similar both times.

The dealer advised be to contact the customer care of Parryware - who do not have a solution to my problem. Hometown (Dealer) other than passing the calls around in their shop did nothing.

Since last 6 months I have not been able to get a new plastic base for the angel model despite my agreement to pay for the spares.

I do not think anything will happen but I am looking for the e-mail id's of their CEO and MD. If someone has pls send it to me by clicking on the link to email me,
