Washing machine is under AMC and complaint no. 4171501 was registered on 22 Feb. Service person visited on 24 Feb to identify the prob as damaged power cable and front door closure and said will be back with spares to replace. Since then despite several phone calls to customer care and numbers provided by customer care of IFB service personnel, the parts have not been replaced. Calls to mobile numbers provided by IFB are not answered (Mr Parthasarathy 9176960080, Mr Saravanan 9344011775).
