I have been complaining about the worst wash quality of the ifb washing machine to the ifb officials. some have come to attend the complaint, but no solution. every they come they say some techinical problem, they attend the problem but no white wash of the clothes. recently, about 20 days back, one engineer has taken the sample of the banian which has turned its colour from white to blackish white. on enquiry they say that the sample banian is sent to the factory to analsyse .till today they is no response.
i am fed up with the machine and its wash quality. can they exchange the machine to that of my choice or refund the cost of the ifb machine that i have purchased.
