I registered a complaint approx 10 days back regarding the machine not working, the executives didn't turn up to my complaint and even after talking to the senior executive i.e. MR.ASIF who is in ghaziabad office i didn't get a response. i m not at all satisfied with the service even after paying the amt of amc on time. i would wish to know where i can throw my machine so that it can get repaired completely. please respond to my complaint as i is urgent.
