I am the Nokia user since last 5 years and presenty I am having E-75 but due the some key pad problem I gave it for service/maintinance to Nokia Service centre "Aryans Communication, Jaiswal complex, Park Road, Lucknow" on dated 11/08. They said your warranty is expired and you have to extend it by paying Rs.1400/- plus amount which I paid on 09/08 after that he took my mobile on 11/08 and from than onwards I do not receive any communication from them, when I called them today to know the status they said that your handset was giving problem due to the water leakage in it but the same was never happend as I am taking care of my phone very much and if this is true than why they do not tell me on the time when they were take the handset for repair/service (even they can tell me the same after 3-4 days also through phone atleast) that is I am highly disatisfied with Nokia Services and Service as they are doing worst kind of customer service.
