I have made a complaint about malfunctioning of washing machine on 17 Aug. I was told that a part is to be replaced and same has been demanded. Now it is over 7 weeks and nothing has happened despite innumerable reminders. What is worse is that every time I am told that your representative will visit/ they will get back on the latest position but no one has done so todate. This has cost me a fat washerman bill and untold inconvenience. Kindly intimate why a company of your repute is defaulting on its AMC and how do you wish to compensate me for the financial loss and inconvenience
