Rubber Sleeve Replacement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased IFB Serena washing machine from NEXT Show room at T.Nagar. During insulation of the machine, the demo person identified that the rubber sleeve was damaged. He told that the matter will be reported to the head office. Till today, they haven't replaced the rubber sleeve for my washing machine.
