Ref. to my custmer complaint no 136131 dt. 17th Dec.2010. nobody has attended the complaint after several remminder. Given the phone no. of Rajat Jain but he does not pick up the phone. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redre IFB SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SERVICE QUALITY.
