I had given my samsung handset b520 for repair with job sheet no. P 47331 on 06/08 to planet m company shop no.110, iscon mall, opp. rajhans theatre dumas road, piplod surat-395007 within the warranty period. four months have been passed & still they are making an excuse. to repair a handset they are taking four months. what the hell company is doing & is this the way to treat the customers.
