We have been purchased a Washing machine from IFB and we have continues problems we are under Service contract and the Tiruchy IFB Service center sends people and they are not sorting out the problem for your kind information the service person who comes to attend the problem he is not able to find out what is the exact problem in the machine. Please note that this problem is going for last 6 months and there is no response. When we informed the IFB Tiruchy manager saying that we will take a legal action against him he told us to proceed with legal procedure. Like when we go for buying the product in the supper market the representatives promise so many things and we don't get any of their promises.
We want to proceed with further to take necessary action and we don't know how to proceed further and we need any of you to help us in this regards.
