We had a IFB Diva Washing machine purchased from Vasanth&Co Villupuram that machine was not functioned last 7 months the reason is service is very very poor in their service centre end, i had been complained on 20.11.2011 many times they are said that the spares are not available How? its possible to maintain your products image in our market???
