PATHETIC Service.

I bought this machine 3 weeks back and still have not been able to use it. Moreover, Installation guys are not knowledgeable about their own product. I was asked to change the tap just because they are not able to install the machine water inlet pipe. Then I had to buy a extension pipe and pay EXTRA 350/-. Installation guy came to my place on the 25th and today is 29th. From last four days I have been chasing your team in vain. Today a person named Rahul was supposed to come and install the washing machine; we had decided 1pm today. When tried to contact him, he kept disconnecting my call and switch off his phone [9175915004]. I haven’t heard anything from anybody.

This is waste of my time. I am tired of waiting for IFB personnel. This is the most disgusting after sale service I have ever received. I should have bought a WHIRPOOL washing machine instead.

I want this escalated to a higher department and get the machine working OR I WANT TO RETURN THIS MACHINE. THANK YOU.
