I purchased IFB front loading machine model ELENA DX. The technician informed us, after installing the machine, for the required supplements, we have to order thru
the call-centre nbr, Hence I ordered 4itmes vide ref nbr//179216 of 27 aug.
But till date no delivery of items to us, inspite 3/4 reminders, the provided phone
nbr of area-dealer 65093916/6472292//which appears to us..eitheter wrong nos, or the
dealer closed down the shop.
If this is the scenario for the supply of goods against cash payments, GOD KNOWS
what will happen, when fault-repair service will be required by us?
Why all these companies, donot belive in after sale-service, Why only before sale-service to sell their goods only?
