Replacement of working spare parts with the older ones

My washing machine stopped working around one week back. I called customer care and booked a complain. A representative from 'Perfect Cool Service, Powai-Mumbai' visited me 3 days after the complain registration. Within 5 mins at looking the machine, he said IMD card and display (or something else) are gone and they need to be changed. I paid cash Rs3, 500 at the same time and a Cheque of Rs3, 003 (or something in this range) for 2 years service coverage. He came to me after 4 days. He was quite evasive when i started asking about the exact fault and he insisted that replacing them was the only option. One of the spare parts that he bought looked quite old to me (he was trying to hide it from me). It was not packed/sealed either. When i checked the date, it was manufactured in 2005 where as the part which he was replacing was manufactured in 2007. Now i seriously doubt that original parts in my machine were faulty at first place. Same 'Perfect cool service' replaced my machine's motor 10 months back saying it was out of order, they charged me more than Rs3, 500 for that. I want a mechanic/engineer from other service provider to visit me and check my machine. For a machine which i bought in around Rs17, 000 in September i have already paid Rs10, 000 in repairing and irony is that its still not working.
