Pathetic After sales service (AMC)

On 5th of Dec a complaint was logged in with IFB customer service about the machine not working. IFB customer care registered a service request and gave us a service request number 7778495 and said that within 24 hours their service engineer will visit our home to inspect and rectify based on the terms of AMC with IFB.

After two days since no one called or visited our house to service the machine we called back IFB customer care. The customer care executive took

the service request number and said that their service engineers were very busy and hence they will depute one of their technical staff within 24 hours. But even on 8th Dec no one came. Finally after another reminder call to customer care on 9th Dec one technical staff Mr Pandi (Service partner) visited and inspected the machine. After inspecting he said there is no problem with the machine and only the suspension to the tub is weak and hence the machine had stopped working. He said he will take a request for replacement of the suspension and arrange for spares within 2 days (rectify before 12th Dec). He asked us to continue using the machine. When the machine was switched on 10th December it started but stopped immediately with a loud bang. After which it did not work at all.

Since the technical staff did not come on 12th we called up IFB customer care and reported. Even then there was response and hence we called Mr

Pandi who said some senior technical staff will attend to us. The next day one person visited us and inspected the machine and said it was not the problem with the suspension but the TUB has to be replaced and he will order for it and it might take 2 days. Hence even on 15th nothing happened. No calls or service. Hence we called up the IFB service partners office. One Ms Rajeshwari said that she is making a commitment to get the spare (TUB) before 23rd Dec and she will call on 20th to reconfirm. Since she did not call we called her. When we called Ms Rajeshwari the service partner of IFB she said the spare TUB was not available in Chennai and she has to get it from GOA and hence she cannot help us. She said "if you want further clarity please speak to Ms. Chao on 044-3028851. When we called up Ms Chao she was not aware of any of this but said she will be able to resolve this matter by 26th Dec. She refused to give any name or number of service manager of IFB to share my grievances.

We seem to be going around in circles and the problem remains. Kindly advice what should be done?
