I have called IFB service center on 19th Nov and registered a complaint for repair as the door sensor is not working.
After few days the technician visited and checked the machine. He advice us to go for AMC. We decided to go for AMC and the technician Mr. Gajendra came and processed the request for AMC on 25th of Nov.
He also promised that the complaint will be attended within 7 days.
In between, we are continiously following with him and every time we are getting the false promises that the complaint will be attended within 1 ~ 2 days.
This is not the first time this type of service (so called) is provided by IFB .
Till today (30th Dec) the complaint is not ressolved and our machine is not in working condition for more than a month.
I have come to the conclusion that IFB soes not bother about the customer and does not value the customer relationship.
Neither does IFB MD, Mr. Dasgupta care about the complaints. I am yet to here from him about the complaint which I posted in Aug.
