I have been facing problem in IFB washing machine since long. Despite of 2 years AMC it is not being attended. Now we are fed up of your complaint redressal mechanism. Before Diwali service boy has been intimating to rectify the fault but till date it has not been attended.what is the fun of buying such expensive m/c if service can not be provided after wards.also check how many times they have given us service after 2 year AMC.

kindly ensure to get it rectified at the earliest failing which we have to take the legal course of action.
