I am using IFB product Washing machine, Model No. SEN6KG & also the product were in AMC period. 1st week of January i have made a complaint about water is not drain after washing to IFB customer care, (complaint No. 83443 8024410). After 2 days service engineer came to review the problem & conclude that the pump is not working. He said it will be replaced within 2 days time. But nobody came to resolve the problem even after 1 week. Once again i have contact Customer care to know the status of complaint. They have given local (Chennai) IFB service center phone number (044-30288511) for further action on my problem.
I have contact several times to local service centre to attend my problem. But they have given useless following reason not to attend my problem.
- Pump is not in the stock (12.01.12)
- Received pump from head office but the pump is in fault (23.01.12)
- Pump will be replaced on or before 28.01.12
Finally I received a call from local service centre on 28.01.12 and they confirm to solve my problem on 30.01.12. But until now nobody will come to resolve my problem from IFB service.
I am really fed up / frustration with these peoples even after one month time they are not able to attend my problem that to from a well known consumer Product Company. Need your immediate action on my complaint.
