I, Jagjit Singh, of Plot No-5, Gyan Complex, Landeke-Dosanjh Rd, Landeke, Distt-Mga, Punjab, PIN-14 am having IFB fully automatic 6 kg digital model washing machine, which is under AMC from 17 Dec to 16 Dec. I have paid Rs 5073/- for the AMC for two years. I had registered a complaint at the IFB customer care call center (tele:1860 425 5678) vide complaint no 8141762 dated 24 Jan that the machine is getting overheated and its door lock is also not working. Thereafter I have made numerous calls to the call center as well as IFB service centers at Moga and Ludhiana, however NO action has been taken by them to get the machine repaired.
