I am having IFB fully auotomatic 6 kg digital model, washing machine, which is under AMC for two years from 17 Dec to 16 Dec and I have paid Rs 5073/- for AMC. I had registered a complaint with IFB call centre (tele:1860 425 5678) that my machine is getting overheated and its door lock is also not working. My complaint number is 8141762 dated 24 Jan. Thereafter I have made numerous calls to the call center as well as to the IFB service centers at Moga and Ludhiana, however till date NO action has been taken by the company to get it repaired.
