0n 23.07.10 i called and informed the Call Center in Verna 083239004321, that my IFB Washing Machine, digital 7 kg is not working any more. The promised me that within 3 working days the technician will come to my house, he didnt come till today 29.07. I got a complaint no.: 4827609

I called them several times and they gave me No of IFB service center 0832 2285 489 or 487. every day the promise me to send an technician.

I just want to complain about this very lousy service. What else should i do?
