Repeated breadown of TV

I have bought ONIDA TV four years back. The first problem was on delivery. The power switch was not working. After wards, there was repeated breakdown for the next four years. And the last breakdown occurs on 17/7. The service engineer visited on 19/07/0 but the TV was working just two hours after he left. He persuaded me to take extended warranty and paid him Rs.3000/. I again complained on 20/07 and the service engineer again visited after two days. He assured us that the TV wil not breakdown. However, it lasted just one hour. After that, it occationally work for not more than one hour a day. I Complained once again on 27/07. I was given 'COMPLAINT NO. 10070666381977'. They also gave me their service centre number - 011-32449736, which is not reacable. Another no. 9350852822, but there was no response. Their service Technician again visited today but left without repairing.

I really feel harrassed and it caused me alot of inconvenience.

Don't know how to make them repair my TV now.
