Just 2 months back I got my washing machine serviced by M/S.Lisanth Appliance Services., (IFB's Authorized Service Dealer), HOSUR.
They came only after 2 week's time (after getting my complaint) and asked me to send the machine to their shop as they could not do it here in my place. They had charged Rs.1930/- vide their Invoice No:029 dtd., 26.01.2010 for servicing.(Parts replaced according them: Bearing Set, Oil seal, Tub Hose, Timer). But the very next day machine did not run.
Again I called them repeatedly but they did not come. After registering an online complaint they came after a week's time and told that Rubber Sleeve got damaged. Changed the same at a cost of Rs.659/- (Inv. No:491 - Dtd., 02.02.2010).
Now the M/C is not working once again for the past 10 days.
After making a complaint with IFB's present local representative M/S.Vigneshwar Enterprises today a technician came and say that belt and PCB got damaged. The estimated charges for repairing is Rs.2750/-(approx) I really could not understand what is going on. Why they were not able to analyze the problem and rectify the same at first time itself? Even after spending Rs.3200/- (including Rs.600/- towards transportation) machine is not made to work and now they are asking another Rs.2750/- and I do not know what will be the fate of M/C even after spending this amount.
I really feel very bad for having bought an IFB machine and suffering like this with out getting proper service.
The service agents are only concerned about making money and least bothered about customer satisfaction.
I want somebody from IFB customer Support to intervene and solve my problem once for all.
