IFB Washing Machine (Senorita Plus)
Clothes getting torn

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought IFB washing machine three years back. For past three years I've been regularly complaining to the IFB Customer Service regarding the complaint that cotton clothes are getting torn particularly under garments, nighties etc. I am under a loss since I am losing roughly around Rs.10, 000/- per year since the clothes mentioned above does lasts even for a month. Kindly help me in getting issue resolved at the earliest.
