I am using IFB washing machine for the past 8 years and this time i am facing lots and lots of problem with the service agents who is covering our area (PERUNGUDI - CHENNAI). January 12th I made a complaint.. After so many phone calls (which caused me a lot) and shoutings, last THURSDAY (9/2) one person came very late and did not even open the machine asked me to try other options.. Next day i tried (FRIDAY) other options which did not work.. but till date no one showed up .. don't know what to do.. Help me out.. Agents no. is 8939223333...
