I had purchased an IFB washing M/c just one month back, First to get the demo it took a week. Next within one month it started malfunctioning and a complaint I had registered. It took 4 days for the service person to attend. After that he told some software problem and took the board of the machine for repair. He has still not returned already 5 days over. I had registered complaint and feed back in IFB website 2 or 3 times but nobody is responsible to acknowledge my complaint nor bother. I had taken this m/c in Girias J.P.Nagar ring road, bangalore. I dont know wether Girias would sell this dummy products as dasara diwali offer because one of my friend also faced the problem while purchasing a TV in Girias. Any how I dont know who is the responsible person in IFB that he will take care of the customer complaints seriously and provide justice. I know, every company have a problem such that out of 100 products 1 or 2 may give such a problem. But now I am the unlucky person to get that product. I dont know what to do whom to complaint, because I am the one who went for IFB against to my family members who suggested other companies. That I have taken this in instalment.
