I bought a TATA VOLTAS A C On 20the April from M/S Saughat, Rai Market Ambala Cantt, with an assurance that i shall be entitled to 3 free services in a year. But to my utter surprise not even a primarily service has been provided by the dealer till date, though i have given number of requests.when i sent my first request i was given an assurance that soon the servicing team shall visit.subsequently the dealer said... sir since the summer is over i will send the man in early summers. In March when i reminded the dealer he started asking for the bill, which was unfortunately misplaced by me. Luckily i found the chalan No 447 dated 20th April on which the A C was delivered n I rushed to the dealer with the same on 24th April. To my utter disbelief the dealer said sir your free service period is over u will have to pay a sum of Rs 250/ to get the AC serviced. The Arrogance with which the dealer respond ended and replied back was unbelievable. Wonder How can TATA VOLTAS can appoint such Rough dealers who can't even provide basic timely after sales service n then harass the customer to fleece money for free service. UNBELIEVABLE... TATA BE AWARE OR ELSE SOON YOU SHALL LOOSE ALL YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. PLEASE PROVIDE TIMELY FREE CHECK-UP OF the product on the DUE DATE AUTOMATICALLY and periodically.
