I have purcased mobile handset of above compani through homeshopee-18 teli services in 2009 august month. The handset had problem of touchpad, display and charger adapter within 15 days of delivery. So i have launched a complaint on net reguarding this issue within a month of purcase. I concern company person contacted me in 2010 aug and asked me to send the handset to banglore for repair through the courier service they have arranges. I followed their orders and send back the mobile. Now the company is claiming the charges for repair because as per them the company warranty is over. But as a have launched my complaint within a month of perchase i.e. in warranty period and it was delay from the company itself to order me and arrange for sending back the handset to them, I refuse to pay for the same. I demand that this matter should be taken cognigence and should be replyed.
