Am called luwemba musa a student at jawaharlal nehru university New Delhi 110067 and ordered for an MP3/MP4 music player from indian times.com which was delivered. Unfortunately the player was not working so when i called back, they told me that someone would come and pick it up for checking and then i would get a replacement but all in vain. Its now over two weeks since i raised my comments.i called them so many times but i have not got any help

I just hope that one day i will get help from them.
